Everybody needs to know about Paperight. Founded by Arthur Attwell, Paperight (while utterly global) primarily serves Africa (Arthur lives in South Africa). Basically, it’s a rights-clearing organization that then funnels files to copy shops and other businesses with printers. In most villages, there are no bookstores, but there are copy shops and post offices (which also provide cell phones and other communication). Paperight is yet another example of a channel opening up for publishers to a wholly untapped (but very interested, very hungry) market.
